combined with a team of certified peer support recovery coaches,
we assist those struggling with substance use disorder and also those in recovery, to obtain
affordable health insurance needed to get the medical care needed, but we don’t stop there…

We then assess the appropriate level of care needed and offer professional referrals to
trusted treatment providers that we are confident will take the very best care of our clients.

We research to ensure that the clients’ providers are in-network with the insurance carriers that they choose.
We are grateful to have established relationships with top providers in the area that we refer to – from functional medicine psychiatrists
to the highest-rated behavioral health residential treatment centers and accredited outpatient programs including client-centered primary care.

We manage the client’s case from the beginning … and continue ongoing case management
through all levels of care for as long as the client desires.

For some, this case management process could possibly look like referring to detox, 30-day residential, then aftercare IOP, sober living options,
then counseling, ending right back at our community center enjoying the benefit of our peer recovery coaches
and a new community of friends that are committed to a healthier lifestyle.
